Delivery and Returns

How long will it take for me to receive my order?

For all our products, the delivery time generally takes 12 to 14 days to produce and deliver items anywhere within the US. For orders outside of the US, delivery time can take longer pending courier scheduling.

Shipping methods

We use two main couriers for our delivery service, DHL and UPS. Tracking numbers can be provided on request.

Return policy for Clothing that is not Made to Measure

For all items of clothing that is not Made to Measure, there is a 30 day refund policy, provided the garment is returned unworn, and in its original packaging along with the invoice to our service centre in Miami. Please refer to our terms and conditions for further details.

Alteration and Remake policy for Clothing that is Made to Measure

Alteration and remake requests must be initiated within 14 days of when you receive your order and must be supported by photographic evidence.

Each customer is entitled to one complementary remake for your Made to Measure Clothing or one reimbursement request (up to $10 USD) for local tailoring expenses. Please refer to our terms and conditions for further details.
